Chromatic Radial Silk Composition
A tightly drawn circular rosette radiates across a shifting field of turquoise, cobalt, emerald, amber and crimson. Small floral sprays, fine arabesques and multiple border registers make the composition read differently at close range and from the other side of a room.
The striking feature of PRR-HM-001 is not a conventional single-colour ground. Its design moves between contrasting colour zones while the large, intricate radial centre holds the composition together. The supplied photographs show the carpet draped for the cover image, spread on the floor, and photographed close enough to examine the central ornament.
Design, dimensions and informed selection
At 140 × 210 cm, this signed Qom silk piece can anchor a compact sitting area or act as an intimate display carpet. The stated 80 Raj classification is a weaving-fineness reference; it does not by itself establish condition, the exact knot count per square metre or the identity of the weaver. Examine all three actual photographs before assessing the colour transitions and detail.
